From the very beginning, the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Tele and Radio Research Institute has offered innovative design and information solutions focused on meeting customer needs. All requirements are met with due attention to quality at every stage of activity. The mission of the Łukasiewicz-ITR Quality Policy is to consciously develop research, development, and implementation activities and to deliver high-quality scientific and research services. Consistent application of the Quality Policy enables the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System. Compliance of this system with PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 has been confirmed by the Certificate of the Quality Management System No. PL-J-1595/10/2020 issued by PCBC i QNet.

The mission of Łukasiewicz-ITR is to create new solutions in the field of electronic technologies and information systems and to provide innovative solutions for customers interested in manufacturing modern and competitive products.

Łukasiewicz-ITR conducts research and development activities aimed at maintaining competences in the field of electronic technologies and teleinformation systems, which carry out key tasks within national and European systems.

The main objective of Łukasiewicz-ITR is to create a mechanism for the functioning of research teams and their cooperation with economic entities, which supports the achievement of our strategic goals:

• increasing the level and competitiveness of conducted research,
• stimulating innovation and implementing research results,
  
• maintaining an upward trend in achieved economic results and the effective development of scientific staff,
  
• effective use of opportunities created by the European Research Area (ERA) within European research programs and National Research Programs (in research projects established by the Minister responsible for science), the Łukasiewicz Research Network, and National Research and Development Center programs,
  
• continuous improvement of the quality management system, and thereby increasing the effectiveness of its operation in such a way as to meet future needs.
