• compliance with applicable legal regulations in the field of environmental protection
• undertaking actions to limit the impact of the Institute on the environment
• continuous improvement of the Environmental Management System in accordance with the “Clean Production” program
  

The goals of the Clean Production Policy are:

• Stosowanie w możliwym zakresie technik i technologii ograniczających zakres korzystania przez Łukasiewicz-ITR ze środowiska.
• Application, in the broadest possible scope, of techniques and technologies limiting the scope of use by Łukasiewicz–ITR of the environment.
• Optimization of indicators of consumption of raw materials and energy media used and developed in technologies.

Keeping monitoring within the scope of consumption of energy carriers, water, hazardous substances and emissions of waste and research wastes from production, operation and liquidation of electronic and electrical devices.
