The task entitled “Research and development work on a breakthrough technology for the preparation of freeze-dried purees with unique nutritional properties in order to expand the product range of MLB Biotrade Sp. z o.o. with health-promoting products” is subsidized by a specific grant from the state budget for the implementation of tasks of the National Center for Research and Development.
The project was funded by the National Center for Research and Development within the framework of the government program NUTRITECH – nutrition in light of the challenges of improving the well-being of society and climate change.
The subject of the project is the implementation of industrial research and experimental development work, which will allow the achievement of the established results.
The main objective of the project is to develop food products with a high level of bioactive substances created based on freeze-drying technology of fruit or vegetable puree.
The project will result in the development of two basic product groups in the form of freeze-dried puree powder and freeze-dried puree formed into any shape.
The project will also develop a new method for the production of freeze-dried product based on the preparation of a premix.
The results of the project will make it possible to market health-promoting solutions that improve health by enriching the diet with bioactive substances.
