R&D on innovations in automation of CRI correction reading and assembly methods for ceramic LED light sources

Łukasiewicz Research Network – Tele and Radio Research Institute participates as a consortium member in the implementation of a research and development project co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, carried out by Flash-Butrym General Partnership under sub-measure 1.1 Comprehensive R&D projects of enterprises.

The project entitled. “Research and development work on innovations in automation of CRI correction reading and assembly methods for ceramic LED light sources” is aimed at developing innovative technological solutions in the area of precise and durable assembly of LED light sources. Assumed results of the project include increasing the stability of light source performance, resistance to mechanical impacts, and the possibility of implementing efficient mass production of high-quality LED components.

The Łukasiewicz Research Network – Tele and Radio Research Institute is carrying out research and development work in the project aimed at developing a technology for applying thermally conductive paste to AlN ceramic substrates that are difficult to wett. The result of the work will be a functional prototype of a technological module ensuring high precision, repeatability and efficiency of the process in conditions similar to industrial ones.

Total project value: PLN 4,907,207.22

European Funds contribution: PLN 3,918,247.07
