Below you will find the general information clause on the processing of personal data in the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Tele- and Radioelectronics.

Detailed information on the processing of personal data in specific matters can be found in the information sheets available on the Institute’s website.

Since 25 May 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the so-called GDPR) has been in force.

INFORMATION CLAUSE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

We will process your personal data in connection with entering into cooperation, providing information and explanations, in order to enable the use of our website, for statistical purposes, and for the purpose of handling inquiries submitted via the forms made available on our website.

The data may be processed in an automated manner, but will not be subject to profiling.

Who administers my data?

  • The controller of your personal data is the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Tele and Radio Research Institute, ul. Ratuszowa 11, 03-450 Warsaw.

Why are my data being processed?

  • Your personal data are processed for the purpose of handling the matter you have submitted or directing it for execution by the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Tele and Radio Research Institute.

How long will my data be stored?

  • Your personal data will be stored for the period required by law, i.e. for the time necessary to handle the matter you have submitted. Afterwards, in accordance with the applicable regulations, the documents will be transferred to the institutional archive.

Who may have access to my data?

The recipients of your personal data may be:


  1. a) entities to which the Controller entrusts the processing of personal data, in particular entities providing IT and postal services to the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Tele and Radio Research Institute;
    b) public authorities and other entities to which the Controller provides personal data on the basis of legal regulations;
    c) entities to which the Controller provides personal data on the basis of your consent.

What rights do I have in connection with the processing of my data?

  • You have the right to:
  1. access your personal data, including obtaining a copy of such data;
  2. request the rectification (correction) of personal data;
  3. request the deletion of personal data (the so-called right to be forgotten), in cases where:
  • the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
  • there is no legal basis for the processing of your personal data;
  • you have objected to the processing and there are no overriding, legally justified grounds for the processing;
  • your data are being processed unlawfully;
  • your data must be deleted in order to comply with an obligation resulting from legal regulations.
  1. request the restriction of the processing of personal data;
    5. object to the processing of data – in cases where the following conditions are met jointly:
  • there are reasons related to your particular situation;
  • the data are processed for the purpose of performing a task carried out by the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Tele and Radio Research Institute, except in a situation where the Controller demonstrates the existence of important, legally justified grounds for the processing of personal data, overriding the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or grounds for establishing, pursuing or defending claims;
  1. Lodging a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in the event that you obtain information about unlawful processing of your personal data by the City of Warsaw authorities.
  • You do not have the right to data portability.
